Experience Requirements :

- 10 to 13 years of experience in Data & Analytics, including 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure data engineering technologies.

Leadership Experience :

- 5+ years of experience leading data engineering teams or similar technical roles.

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and PySpark.

Governance and DevOps :

- Strong understanding of Databricks Unity Catalog for data governance and security, along with CI/CD using DevOps.

Architecture Design :

- Experience in designing scalable, secure data architectures and building AI-ready data platforms.

Stakeholder Management :

- Proven ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into high-impact data solutions.
