Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that drive business decisions.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand key performance drivers and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business metrics to offer actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.

- Create clear and actionable visualizations to support business leaders and other stakeholders in making informed decisions.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports with clear insights that align with business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, marketing, finance, IT) to improve data flow, reporting efficiency, and decision-making processes.

- Work with business and technical teams to refine existing processes and propose optimized approaches for reporting and data usage.

- Assist in defining and tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure and monitor business performance.

- Provide data-driven insights to leadership to inform strategies and improve operational performance.

- Assist in the development of long-term strategic initiatives by analyzing performance trends and business data.

- Generate recommendations based on data analysis to enhance business outcomes, reduce inefficiencies, and optimize workflows.

- Leverage IoT data (e.g., real-time data from sensors or devices) and geospatial data (e.g., location-based data) to help optimize operations and decision-making.

- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from both structured and unstructured data sources.

- Work with operational teams to implement findings from IoT and geospatial data to drive improvements in business performance.

- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of the data used for analysis by regularly monitoring and validating data sources.

- Maintain high standards for data governance, ensuring that analysis is based on reliable and accurate data.

- Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data pipelines and sources are aligned with business needs.

Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with writing complex queries to manipulate, extract, and aggregate data from databases.

- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting, including libraries such as pandas, numpy, and matplotlib for data manipulation and visualization.

- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports.

- Familiarity with integrating and analyzing IoT data (e.g., real-time sensor data) and geospatial data (e.g., mapping data) to derive operational insights
