- Plan, coordinate, and track all project phases-from kickoff to end phase-to ensure on-time, high-data quality deliverables.

- Extensive experience in data pre-processing, generating data driven insights and correlations to build data storytellings.

Project Management and Communication :

- Lead and collaborate with Data Analysts to execute the tasks using Python, knowledge in Data Analytics, ML, LLM and related fields.

- Maintain up-to-date documentation related to the project and consistent communication to all stakeholders involved in the project.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, flag risks early, and coordinate with the support team for quick resolution.

Continuous Improvement :

- Propose and implement initiatives to automate repetitive tasks, enhance data-analytics workflows

- Collaborate on tool configurations, and enhancements to boost efficiency.

Who you are :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related field.

- 1 years - 3 years of relevant experience working with an Analytics/ Manufacturing/Aerospace/ Automotive/ Medical-Device company and product company or startups.

- Prior experience in leading a team of Associate/Data Analysts and Project management.

- Can understand project requirements and deliver using analytics and project management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with a startup.

- Intermediate to Advance SQL
