About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail- oriented Senior Data Analyst with strong automation capabilities to join our data- driven team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python and SQL, a proven track record of automating data workflows, and hands- on experience in the BFSI and NBFC sectors.

Job Description :

Position title : Sr. Manager (Data Analyst- Automation)

Role and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines using Python and SQL

- Responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and supporting data storage solutions.

- Focus on advanced analytics, machine learning models, and predictive algorithms.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clear documentation

- Building right data visibility for various business functions through Python using SQL & ETL.

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets.

- Build comprehensive sql reports for financial, Operation, product and business team for data report solving and deliver insights for decision making through MIS reports, Power BI.

- Responsible for delivering data- driven recommendations and coordinating with different vertical and stakeholders.

- Support regulatory and compliance reporting specific to BFSI/NBFC standards

- Responsible for RCA/Problem management and ensuring minimum repeat issues.

- Must be aware about financial & banking functional keywords like DPD, NEA, NEA runoff, ECL sql reports.

General Qualifications :

- Degree educated in Information Technology/ Computer Science (B.Tech/MCA)

- SQL Developer with Python with min 5 to 6 years in NBFC and financial domain having skills with strong SQL writing, ETL and Athena services.

- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) and advanced SQL

- Exposure to AI Digital agent will be an advantage.
