Description : Senior Data Analyst.

Experience : 6 to 8 Years.

Location : Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable data models and data pipelines in Snowflake to support analytics and reporting needs.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Sigma BI (or equivalent BI tools).

- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across large datasets.

- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure high data quality and consistency.

- Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Conduct exploratory and advanced statistical analysis using Python or R to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

- Support ETL processes, optimizing data pipelines for performance and scalability.

- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders through data storytelling and visualization.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards across all analytics processes.

Technical Skills Required :

- Data Warehouse : Snowflake (strong hands-on experience).

- BI Tools : Sigma BI (primary), Tableau / Power BI (added advantage).

- Programming : SQL (advanced), Python / R (for analytics).

- Data Modeling : Dimensional Modeling, Star/Snowflake Schema, Data Vault (preferred).

- ETL Tools : dbt, Matillion, or similar tools (good to have).

- Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP (experience with any).

- Version Control & Workflow : Git, Jira, Confluence.

- Data Governance & Security : Best practices for compliance and access control.
