About the job :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior CRM & CPQ Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pune. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep expertise in CRM platforms and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions to design, implement, and optimize our customer relationship management processes.

Location: Baner, Pune (On-site)

Experience: 5+ Years (Immediate joiner only)

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description:

- Must have 5+ years' experience as a CRM Consultant (preferred background : Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or ServiceNow CRM).

- Minimum 2+ years' CPQ project experience.

- Strong experience in configuring :

Product catalog
SKUs, bundling, product relationships
Pricing, price lists, and CPQ business rules

- Proficient in creating user stories, design documents, FDD, and other project documentation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document CRM requirements.

- Conduct data analysis to identify customer behavior and trends.

- Provide training and support to CRM users across departments.
