Role Overview :

As a Core Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend components using Core Java. You will collaborate closely with product, architecture, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Core Javabased applications with high performance and scalability.

- Implement object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms effectively.

- Develop multithreaded and concurrent programs with a focus on performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6- 8 years of strong experience in Core Java (Java 8 or above).

- Excellent understanding of OOPs, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

- Experience with multithreading, collections, JVM internals, and performance tuning.
