Senior Consultant - Diagnostics & Reporting

Role : Senior Consultant Diagnostics & Reporting (US Pharma | SFE)

About the Role :

- Build dashboards using Tableau / Power BI / Databricks

- Work on Dynamic Targeting, KPI tracking & field execution analytics

- Perform statistical analyses (Regression, ANOVA, A/B Testing)

- Generate actionable insights from sales, CRM, field activity & survey data

- Automate workflows using SQL / Python

- Use AI / GenAI for diagnostics, summarization & insight generation

- Partner with US stakeholders to support SFE initiatives

Required Skills :

- Mandatory : US Pharma experience

- Strong hands-on knowledge of :

1. Tableau, Power BI

2. SQL, Python

3. Databricks

4. Statistics & Probability

5. CRM (preferably Veeva)

- Strong analytical thinking & insight generation skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Good To Have :

- Experience in Dynamic Targeting models

- Knowledge of AWS or cloud-based analytics platforms
