Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Understand each clients specific needs and identify how our digital analytics solutions can be best leveraged to address those needs.

- Develop delivery roadmap by understanding diverse client needs and desired timelines combined with assessing risks related to people, technology and process roadblocks.

- Using a combination of market research and known client needs, develop a feature roadmap to progressively enhance our solutions.

- Review interim outputs for quality and coach team to deliver excellent final outcomes.

- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior executives using effective storytelling techniques.

- Proactively uncover opportunities to solve clients problems by leveraging automation, superior algorithms or process improvements.


Requirements :


- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in digital analytics domain.

- Minimum 2 years of experience leading analytics engagements (Preferred 4 years).

- Experience with one or more of data visualization tools such as Tableau (must), Data Studio, Power BI.

- Experience with one or more clickstream data sources such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Celebrus.

- Hands in experience with Amplitude and Mixpanel is a must (configuration, implementation and reporting through them).

- Understanding of basic database and data representation concepts.

- Exposure to building or guiding engineering team to build ETL pipeline.

- Proficiency with MS suite, especially Excel pivots & Power point.

- Passion for data driven decision making and intellectual curiosity.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to drive client discussions at Director and VP levels during discovery discussions and to deliver insights and recommendations.

- (Preferred) Experience with project management (Tools such as JIRA or Trello, Approaches Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
