Job Description :

AWS Senior Cloud Support Engineer with deep, hands-on expertise across AWS or Azure, manage, and optimize our IT and OT cloud environments. The ideal candidate understands cloud services end-to-endcompute, networking, storage, IAM, automation, observability, and securitysimilar to a Cloud Engineer, but focused on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide advanced L3 support for AWS and Azure services across IT and OT environments.

- Own incident resolution for cloud infrastructure (compute, network, IAM, storage, monitoring).

- Perform deep technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis.

- Implement operational changes, enhancements, and optimizations across cloud platforms.

- Maintain and support CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation frameworks.

- Ensure security baselines, compliance controls, and OT/IIoT connectivity best practices.

- Monitor and maintain cloud performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to support deployments and migrations.

- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 12+ years of hands-on cloud engineering/support experience.

- Strong expertise in AWS : EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, EKS.

- Solid working knowledge of Azure : VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure AD, Monitor, AKS.

- Strong command of networking (VPC/VNet, VPN, Direct Connect/ExpressRoute, routing).

- Proficiency in automation and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Python/PowerShell).

- Experience operating cloud for OT/industrial environments and IIoT integrations.

- Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, identity, and compliance controls.

- Hands-on experience supporting container workloads.
