Senior Cloud Integration Consultant

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Cloud Integration Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will excel in delivering top-quality integration solutions by translating complex business challenges into effective IT integration strategies.

You will be a key liaison between business and IT, advising clients on best practices and integration architectures across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and understand client business requirements to design optimal integration solutions.

- Advise customers on best integration strategies based on industry best practices, analyst recommendations, and architectural patterns.

- Lead the integration of SAP and non-SAP systems in both A2A (Application to Application) and B2B (Business to Business) scenarios.

- Design, develop, and support integrations using a variety of technologies including REST, SOAP, ALE-IDocs, EDI, RFC, XI, HTTP, IDOC, JDBC, File/FTP, Mail, JMS, and third-party connectors.

- Implement and support third-party SAP adapters such as Salesforce, Coupa, ServiceNow, Google Suite, Microsoft Azure applications, among others.

- Provide end-to-end pre-production and post-production deployment support, including troubleshooting and resolving production tickets.

- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful integration rollouts and high-quality deliverables.

- Maintain composure and effective communication under pressure, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong knowledge of integration principles with excellent consultancy skills to translate business needs into IT solutions.

- Hands-on experience with SAP and non-SAP system integrations in diverse technical environments.

- Deep technical, functional, and architectural expertise in integration technologies and protocols (REST, SOAP, ALE-IDocs, EDI, RFC, XI, etc.

- Extensive experience integrating third-party applications using SAP Standard adapters (Salesforce, Coupa, ServiceNow, etc.)

- Basic Java programming skills with the ability to read and write code for data manipulation and custom functions.

- Proven track record managing full lifecycle integration projects, from planning through deployment and support.

- Client-facing experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in cloud-based integration platforms and hybrid integration scenarios.

- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other integration middleware.

- Certifications in SAP integration or cloud technologies is a plus
