Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and enhance our Azure cloud infrastructure, Windows Server environment, and enterprise IT operations. This is a hands-on role that involves working closely with security and development teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure using modern cloud and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, manage, and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.

- Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID.

- Manage Azure networking, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Microsoft WAF, and Azure Monitor.

- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.

- Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.

- Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, Azure subscriptions, governance, and cloud cost optimization.

- Ensure infrastructure security by working closely with security teams on vulnerability remediation, identity management, endpoint protection, and compliance.

- Maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability using Azure Monitor and Datadog.

- Lead disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, failover testing, and business continuity initiatives.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.

- Provide infrastructure support, participate in incident response, and contribute to after-hours maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure.

- 3+ years of experience managing Windows Server environments.

- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID.

- Experience with Azure networking, VPNs, NSGs, firewalls, and hybrid cloud environments.

- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform (preferred), Bicep, or ARM.

- Experience with CI/CD automation.

- Knowledge of Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, and Microsoft 365 administration.

- Experience with disaster recovery, backup solutions, and high availability architectures.

- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
