Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Sr Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps manager to manage and optimize AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments. This is a senior Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps mix role focused on managing AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments while driving cloud modernization initiatives. The position involves leading on-premises to cloud migrations, implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), managing AD/Entra ID, and supporting modern cloud operations, automation, and AI-ready infrastructure across multi-cloud environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience managing both AWS and Azure cloud environments in enterprise-scale production environments.

- Proven experience in on-premises to cloud migration projects, including application, infrastructure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 migrations.

- Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and administration using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep, or CloudFormation.

- Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, and RBAC.

- Experience administering Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and hybrid Exchange environments.

- Strong knowledge of Azure networking, including VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Load Balancers, and hybrid connectivity.

- Experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), AWS WorkSpaces, or other cloud-based VDI solutions.

- Familiarity with AI infrastructure components, including vector databases, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, embeddings, and RAG architectures.

- Experience supporting AI/ML workloads, GPU-enabled environments, and cloud-native AI services.

- Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and production support.

- Experience working in hybrid and multi-cloud environments integrating AWS and Azure services.

- 10+ years of experience in cloud operations, IT infrastructure, or system administration.
