Key Responsibilities :

- Build automation and tooling using Python and Azure APIs (ARM, Resource Graph, Monitor, Activity Logs, Cost Management).

- Develop cost optimization, rightsizing, and savings recommendation engines.

- Manage Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

- Implement monitoring, alerting, observability, and incident response processes.

- Automate resource inventory, telemetry ingestion, scheduled jobs, and Azure data pipelines.

- Ensure secure cloud operations using Managed Identities, RBAC, Key Vault, and network security controls.

- Support and enhance tooling used for Azure Well-Architected Reviews.

- Collaborate with engineering teams and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills :

- 4 to 7 years of Cloud/Platform Engineering experience.

- Strong Python scripting and automation skills (PowerShell knowledge is a plus).

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Azure production experience.

Experience with :

- Azure Resource Manager (ARM)

- Azure Resource Graph

- Azure REST APIs

- Azure Monitor & Log Analytics (KQL)

- Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identities

- Terraform (preferred), Bicep, or ARM Templates

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and operational ownership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Azure Storage, Key Vault, VNets, NSGs, Private Endpoints.

- Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions.

- Linux administration.

- AKS, Containers, and Kubernetes.

- Azure Cost Management, Reservations, Savings Plans, and FinOps concepts.

- Multi-subscription and multi-tenant Azure environments.

- AWS/GCP exposure.

- Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-305).

- Experience with Airflow, Argo Workflows, Temporal, or similar orchestration tools.
