Senior GCP Cloud Engineer :

We are looking for an experienced Senior GCP Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The role involves cloud architecture design, landing zones, networking, disaster recovery planning, platform engineering, automation, security, and DevOps enablement.

Preferred Experience :

- Multi-cloud architecture across GCP, AWS, and Azure.

- Event-driven architectures using Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Kafka, and Apigee.

- GKE administration including private clusters, node pools, network policies, and Workload Identity.

- API security implementation using Cloud Armor and API Gateway.

- Data governance exposure with Dataplex and Dataform.

- Experience with enterprise-scale cloud platform engineering and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Cloud Architecture & Design : Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable GCP solutions.

- Design and implement GCP landing zones, including project hierarchy, folder structure, and network topology.

- Define High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.

- Networking & Multi-Cloud Design : Design and implement GCP networking solutions including Interconnect, VPN, and cross-cloud integrations.

- Platform Engineering & Automation : Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

- CI/CD & DevOps : Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build and GitHub Actions.

- Security & Governance : Implement IAM policies, custom roles, and service accounts.

- Observability & Reliability : Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks.

- Data Platform Enablement : Support BigQuery, Cloud Composer, and event-driven architectures.
