Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop high-performance desktop applications using WPF and WinForms
- Work on ECU communication, diagnostics, and automotive engineering tools
- Develop and support applications using automotive communication protocols such as CAN, UDS, CAN FD, and J1939
- Perform software validation, testing, and automation activities
- Work with Vector tools including CANoe, CANalyzer, and CAPL scripting
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and validation teams
- Participate in Agile development processes and follow automotive quality standards
- Support SIT testing and V-Model development methodologies
- Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and interact with stakeholders
- Ensure software quality, reliability, and maintainability
Required Skills & Experience :
- Strong hands-on experience in C#.NET development
- Expertise in WPF and WinForms desktop application development
- Strong knowledge of Automotive Protocols including :
i. CAN
ii. UDS
iii. CAN FD
iv. J1939
- Hands-on experience with Vector tools such as :
i. CANoe
ii. CANalyzer
iii. CAPL
- Experience in engineering tools and automotive diagnostic applications
- Understanding of validation methodologies including V-Model and SIT
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ISO 26262 standards
- Experience with Git/SVN version control systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation practices
- Python scripting knowledge is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Experience working in automotive product engineering environments
- Ability to lead teams and mentor junior engineers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven with strong ownership and delivery mindset
