Overview :

Hiring for a senior C++ developer to lead the Core Strats team supporting equity derivatives valuation. The role focuses on building automated tools to detect bugs in a large-scale C++ quant library using techniques like regression testing, static analysis, and test harnesses.

Responsibilities :

- Implement optimization algorithms for test selection

- Automate bug detection using various testing techniques

- Analyze bug data and improve test efficiency

- Lead and mentor the Mumbai Core Strats team

- Collaborate with trading, risk, and global tech teams

Requirements :

- Strong background in applied mathematics or engineering

- Proficient in Python or Java and Linux command-line tools

- Strong communication and team leadership skills

- Exposure to optimization algorithms, property-based testing, or fuzzing
