Senior Business Analyst/Assistant Vice President

Job title : Senior Business Analyst/ AVP

Exp : 12-18

Location : Hyd/ Mumbai WFO only

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead business requirement gathering and mapping activities.

- Analyze and document business processes and system interactions.

- Ensure seamless integration and implementation of banking payment systems like NEFT, RTGS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive software development aligned with business goals.

- Work in a high-paced, 24x365 mission-critical banking environment.

- Conduct quality assurance and validate deliverables against requirements.

- Create project documentation including BRD, FSD, use cases, process flows, and technical specifications.

Required experience :

- Minimum of 12+ Years experience.

Skills and experiences required :

- Relevant experience of 10+ years in Business requirement mapping, quality analysis and software development lifecycle. - Mandatory

- Experience in working in a fast paced, high expectation 24x365 environment.

- Experience in banking domain with specific work experience in Payment Systems - Mandatory.

- Candidate should have hands on work experience in NEFT, RTGS and trade messages like LC and BG's and other messaging stanadard MT 15022, ISO20022.

- Knowledge on banking domain is mandatory.

- Candidate should have experience on software applications like IBM MQ, Oracle DB, Basic Java, Apache Tomcat, Windows, any one of the UNIX environments (AIX/RHEL),

- Basics of Network concepts and Basics of PKI framework.

- Experience MS Project, Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio skills

- Knowledge on API and Microservices, various communication protocol, middleware technologies - Mandatory
