- Lead cloud (SaaS) procurement Source to Pay software implementation projects and support procurement transformation projects - must have full project lifecycle experience as a Solution.

- Lead on two or more procurement implementation projects.

- Perform hands-on solution design, solution architectures, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects.

- For the solution design elements, you need to have a good understanding of Source to Pay business processes and be able to lead client-facing design workshops to map as-is and to-be processes and deliver an acceptable solution design for client sign-off.

- Develop deep functional expertise in Aavenir Solutions, maintain documentation, and train and drive clients on the out-of-the-box solution.

- Document system design and set expectations for delivery.

- Complete preliminary configuration of the Aavenir solution and work with the team to deliver advanced configurations and enhancements.

- Serve as a mentor to colleagues and the project team in industry and implementation best practices.

- Coordinate and communicate with team members across multiple streams, services, and organizations.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or master's in: Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program.

- Should have at least 4+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Proven track record in Source to Pay / Procure to Pay / Contract Life Cycle Management /Spend Management, or Accounts Payable domain, or ServiceNow Ecosystem is highly preferred.

- Experience in hands-on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing, and other implementation activities.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with a fair understanding of what makes a good user experience and beautiful design.

- Ability to work, scale, and grow in a start-up environment.
