We are looking for a Senior Blockchain Developer / Technical Design Lead to build and evolve blockchain-based applications for tokenization of investment funds and real estate assets, including smart contracts, cryptography-driven components, and secure key management with HSM integrations. The role requires hands-on engineering, technical design leadership, and strong delivery discipline across multiple blockchain networks and enterprise-grade architecture patterns.

Job Responsibilities :

- Taking responsibility in blockchain application development processes by adapting the software development methods and processes.

- Designing and developing solutions for tokenization of funds and real estate assets, including implementation responsibilities as a senior developer or technical design lead.

- Developing cryptology algorithm driven components and building HSM-integrated application flows for secure signing and key management.

- Building and maintaining smart contract applications across different blockchain networks, ensuring alignment with business requirements, reliability, and secure engineering practices.

- Working with modern engineering practices including microservices architecture, queue/event-based structures, and cloud DevOps mindset to meet performance and operational expectations.

- Planning and time management skills; complying with deadlines and ensuring delivery discipline.
