We are looking for a Senior BI Leader responsible for driving large-scale report migration, ensuring reporting stability, and managing stakeholder alignment.

The role will have end-to-end ownership of BI migration and reporting enablement, including :

- Migration of reports

- Alignment with the data platform

- Stakeholder coordination across business and IT teams

- Ensuring reporting stability and governance

This is a leadership role requiring strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and BI expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

BI Track Ownership :

- Own and drive the BI workstream delivery

- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of :

1. Report migration

2. Validation

3. Deployment

- Ensure :

1. Adherence to program milestones and timelines

2. Data consistency with legacy systems

3. Minimal business disruption

4. Smooth UAT and sign-offs

Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with :

1. Business users / SPOCs

2. Client IT and data teams

3. Program governance (PMO)

4. Internal delivery teams

- Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders

Governance & Delivery Control :

- Track :

1. Report migration progress

2. Dependencies and risks

3. UAT status and sign-offs

- Ensure :

1. Scope adherence (avoid uncontrolled changes)

2. Proper documentation and audit traceability

3. Alignment with governance standards

Data Validation & Quality :

- Define and oversee :

1. Data validation strategy

2. Reconciliation between legacy and new platform

- Ensure :

1. Accuracy and consistency of reports

2. Trust in the migrated reporting layer

Team Management :

- Lead a team of :

1. BI developers

2. Analysts

- Ensure :

1. Effective task allocation

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience :

- 10+ years in BI / Data / Analytics

- Experience in large-scale BI migration programs

- Exposure to AMC / BFSI domain preferred

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in :

1. Power BI and MSBI Suite (mandatory)

2. SQL

3. Data warehousing / data lake concepts
