Termly is a remote workforce spread across the globe but is primarily centred in the USA and operates during US business hours but we are looking for the best team members all across the globe. Were looking to expand our development team and are hiring for several new roles.

About the role :

We're looking to grow our team : 5+ years of back-end software development experience, with pay based on expertise & experience. This role will be working US business hours. Compensation: INR 30-35 LPA, DOE.

Key Responsibilities :

Your primary focus for this position will be to implement, improve, extend, and maintain the applications that Termly provides. Youll play a contributing role in the entire development process.

Termly is committed to helping engineers develop skills to be even better the longer theyre with us, something we achieve by having senior folks with decades of experience who love to mentor. This position will report to the AppDev manager.

Some specific tasks include :

- Review and implement technical product requirements

- Solve and track problems through to resolution

- Software development

- Support team members and team lead to guarantee excellent working products

Targeted qualifications :

- 5+ years of back-end software development experience

- Fluency using AI/LLM tools throughout all stages of the SDLC

- Work well with leaders, support folks, ops folks, and developers

- Excellent written and verbal English skills

- Collaborative approach to problem solving

- Experience with a client-server architecture using a scripting language, such as : Python, Ruby, go, Rest. PHP, node.js, perl

- Worked with cloud-based structure : AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred

- Experience with any RDBMS
