Senior Backend Software Developer - Java

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of microservices architecture, ensuring high performance and maintainability.

- Integrate backend systems with cloud platforms such as AWS (ECS, RDS, SQS, etc.).

- Own features end-to-end, from design to deployment, monitoring, and debugging in production.

- Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Enforce and follow engineering best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD, and test automation.

- Mentor junior engineers and help scale engineering culture across the team.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of backend development experience with Java.

- Hands-on experience building and deploying microservices in production.

- Experience with cloud integration, preferably on AWS (e.g., ECS, RDS, S3, SQS).

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and secure backend service design.

- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker.

- Ability to debug complex issues across distributed systems.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Hands-on experience with Springnboot framework

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, OpenSearch, Grafana).

- Experience with message queues (SQS, Kafka, etc.).
