Senior Backend Lead - Node.js/TypeScript

Job Title : Senior Backend Developer Node.js | TypeScript | AWS

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid Work Model)

Experience Required : 6+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Role Summary :

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

- Leverage cloud-native solutions with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and DynamoDB.

- Apply reusable code patterns, follow design principles, and enforce development best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality results.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend-related issues efficiently.

- Guide and mentor other engineers to enhance team skills, productivity, and alignment with project goals.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality and maintainable code.

- Contribute to technical decision-making, architecture discussions, and process improvements.

- Work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.

- Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environment and services.

- Experience with both RESTful APIs and GraphQL architecture and integration.

- Familiarity with best practices in performance optimization, security, and maintainability.

- Ability to lead technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and own end-to-end backend delivery.

- Demonstrated experience mentoring development teams and supporting engineering growth.

- Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and communication skills.

Must-Have Skills :

- TypeScript

- RESTful APIs / GraphQL

- AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway)

Additional Information :

- Immediate joiners or those with up to 30 days notice period preferred.

- Role requires working in a hybrid model from Bangalore.
