The Opportunity :

We are actively seeking two highly experienced and talented Senior Back End Full Stack Developers to join our team in Kerala, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and supporting complex software applications, working across the full stack with a strong emphasis on Java backend and Angular frontend technologies. This position requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in software development and a keen ability to quickly adapt to new concepts and technologies.

Role Description :

As a Senior Back End Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of robust and scalable software solutions. You will contribute significantly to both the server-side logic and the user interface, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your expertise will be crucial in every stage of the software development life cycle, from design to deployment and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities :

Software Design & Development :

- Design, develop, and implement complex software applications for both backend and frontend components, with a proven track record of at least 5 years in supporting such applications.

Backend Development :

- Proficiently program with Core Java and demonstrate extensive experience with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot framework for building robust and scalable backend services.

- Develop and manage database interactions using Hibernate/JPA with various relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL, and MSSQL.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure efficient data exchange.

- Work with application servers like Apache and Tomcat.

- Implement effective unit testing strategies using JUnit to ensure code quality and reliability.

Frontend Development :

- Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Angular 2+ (preferably Angular 14+).

- Apply strong proficiency in JavaScript, along with good knowledge of HTML and CSS, to create intuitive and visually appealing web applications.

- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.

- Architectural Understanding : Apply a solid understanding of MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture in designing and developing applications.

- Problem-Solving & Learning : Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a quick aptitude for learning new concepts and emerging technologies to adapt to evolving project requirements.

- Code Quality & Best Practices : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.

- Client Collaboration : Engage in daily client calls (approximately 30 minutes, scheduled between 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM IST) to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business needs.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing ongoing support for deployed applications.

Mandatory Skill Set :

- Strong proficiency in Core Java programming.

- Extensive hands-on experience with the Spring Boot framework.

- Proven expertise in Angular (version 2 and above, preferably Angular 14+).

- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, and/or MSSQL databases.

- ORM Frameworks : In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Hibernate/JPA.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.

- Professional Attitude : Strong professional attitude towards work, demonstrating adaptability and willingness to work based on business needs.

- Independent Work & Learning : Ability to work independently, take initiative, and a strong willingness to learn new tools & technologies.

Experience :

- 7 - 10 years of extensive experience in designing, developing, and supporting complicated software applications.

Working Hours :

Normal shift, with a mandatory 30-minute daily client call scheduled between 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM IST.

Interview Process :

The interview process will consist of a minimum of four rounds :

- Two Technical Interviews by InApp : In-depth technical assessments conducted by InApp.

- Minimum Two Rounds of Client Interview : Further interviews with the client to assess technical fit and cultural alignment.
