- Lead the design, development, and scaling of backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask).

- Architect, deploy, and maintain microservices on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Enhance system reliability, scalability, security, and overall performance.

- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.

- Lead API and database design (SQL/NoSQL), including REST and GraphQL architectures.

- Integrate backend services with AI/ML pipelines when required.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 810 years of professional experience in Python backend development.

- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and distributed systems.

- Proven experience tuning and scaling databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks, model integration, or data pipelines.

- Experience with distributed messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).

- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
