Role : Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Golang, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS)

Role Overview :

We are hiring a backend-heavy, hands-on software engineer to join a global technology organization that builds mission-critical digital platforms for the aviation industry. The team works on large-scale systems used by airlines worldwide, focusing on reliability, automation, and performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and enhance scalable backend & frontend applications

- Develop modern UI components using React

- Improve performance, reliability, and system efficiency

- Work on CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and system optimization

- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-impact solutions

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience

- Strong backend experience in Python / Golang

- Experience owning or designing CI/CD pipelines

- Production-level hands on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- AWS experience is mandatory

- Advanced working knowledge of Linux and shell scripting

- Frontend expertise with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

- Strong debugging skills and a system-level problem-solving mindset

- Ability to independently own and deliver backend components
