Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in supply chain, quick commerce, or e-commerce domains. The ideal candidate will have worked on high-scale systems at organizations such as Meesho, Myntra, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar platforms, and possess deep expertise in Python (Django) or Node.js (Express).

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for high-traffic applications

- Build and optimize APIs, services, and microservices for performance and reliability

- Handle large-scale data processing, order management, inventory, logistics, and supply chain workflows

- Collaborate with product, frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

- Ensure system security, scalability, and high availability

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system stability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3 to 7 years of experience in backend development

- Strong hands-on experience with Python (Django) or Node.js (Express)

- Experience working in e-commerce, quick commerce, or supply chain platforms at scale

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)

- Knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance optimization

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Experience with message queues and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
