Senior Backend Engineer - Node.js/Python

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture and development of RESTful APIs, specifically tailored for mobile app integrations.

- Utilize core AWS technologies to deploy, manage, and scale web applications efficiently.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and operations to deliver

robust solutions.

- Drive innovation by challenging existing processes and proposing outside-the-box solutions.

- Mentor and lead a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and

improvement.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and security trends.

Requirements :

- Demonstrated experience in writing highly secure web applications.

- Hands-on experience with core AWS web-enabling technologies (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway).

- Strong growth mindset with a passion for innovation and challenging the status quo.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.

- Proven experience in designing RESTful APIs, Python, Node.js particularly for mobile applications.

- Experience leading and mentoring a development team.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

- Knowledge of front-end frameworks and mobile app development processes.
