We are seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building scalable, high-performance systems for millions of users. Youll have the opportunity to shape architecture, drive engineering culture, and develop impactful features that fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and ship scalable backend features using Node.js and TypeScript.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver world-class user experiences.

- Architect and maintain scalable systems using Domain Driven Design and Event Driven Architecture.

- Ensure system reliability through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.

- Continuously improve code quality via reviews, refactoring, and architectural improvements.

- Manage production systems ensuring high availability and performance.

- Champion clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the team.

Required Technical Skills :

- Languages/Frameworks : TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js or Nest.js

- Database : MongoDB (or MySQL / PostgreSQL / DynamoDB)

- Architecture : MVC, Microservices, Event-Driven, Domain-Driven

- Cloud : AWS (preferred) / Azure / GCP

- Tools : CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar), Automated Testing, Monitoring & Logging tools

- Other : Strong understanding of scalability, performance, and system design principles
