Senior Backend Engineer - NestJS/Python

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using NestJS, Python, and Node.js .

- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth project delivery.

- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to long-term tech strategy.

- Optimize performance and scalability of backend systems.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.

- Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure best coding practices.

- Contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery schedules.

- 4+ years of experience in backend development.

- Strong experience with at least two of the following : NestJS, Python, Node.js .

- Solid understanding of JavaScript and asynchronous programming.

- Familiarity with RESTful API design and database integration.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Good communication and collaboration abilities.

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

- Prior experience mentoring or leading a team.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
