Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with expertise in Laravel to architect and develop scalable backend systems. Good understanding of Laravel paired with intermediate Vue.js experience to contribute to front-end development when needed his role emphasizes designing scalable backend systems, optimizing database and API performance, and ensuring security, while also supporting component-based UI development and smooth integration between front-end and backend services.

Key Responsibilities :

- System Architecture : Design scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and data models.

- Application Development : Write clean, maintainable Laravel code, develop RESTful APIs, and integrate third-party services.

- Database Management : Optimize SQL queries, implement migrations, and ensure data integrity and security.

- Performance & Security : Identify bottlenecks, implement caching, and apply security best practices.

- Code Quality : Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain technical documentation.

- CI/CD & Deployment : Manage deployment pipelines and coordinate smooth release cycles.

- Maintenance : Troubleshoot backend issues and provide regular updates and improvements.

- Team Leadership : Guide junior developers, delegate tasks, and promote a collaborative environment.

- Process Improvement : Identify workflow enhancements to improve team efficiency.

- Vue.js Development : Develop and maintain reusable Vue.js components, integrating them with Laravel APIs while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of backend development experience (Laravel required).

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and relational databases.

- Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and modern deployment strategies.
