Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.

- Build secure, reliable, and high-performance server-side applications.

- Work on database design, query optimization, indexing, and data modeling.

- Integrate internal and external systems through APIs.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, QA, DevOps, and business teams.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.

Requirements :

- 5 to 7 years of hands-on backend development experience.

- Strong programming experience in Node.js, Python, Java, Go, PHP, or similar technologies.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, queues, caching, and distributed systems.

- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar technologies.

- Strong knowledge of system design, data structures, security principles, and performance optimization.

- Experience with Git and standard software development workflows.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience working in product-based, fintech, or fast-paced startup environments.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
