Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems, APIs, and microservices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Mobile, QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using Rust, Kotlin, Python, or Node.js.

- Lead the architecture and design of new backend features and infrastructure improvements.

- Integrate with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and manage distributed, cloud-native applications.

- Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and other developer productivity aids to enhance coding efficiency and reduce time to delivery.

- Contribute to performance tuning, optimization, and system reliability efforts.

- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring of junior team members.

- Ensure best practices around security, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.

- Proactively identify tech debt and propose technical innovations for long-term scalability and maintainability.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional backend development experience in fast-paced environments.

- Expertise in at least two of the following languages: Rust, Kotlin, Python, Node.js.

- Deep understanding of backend architecture, RESTful API design, and microservices.

- Experience working with cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Solid knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and scalable storage systems.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing frameworks.

- Strong grasp of clean code principles, modular design, and scalable software patterns.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
