Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer 5+ Years to join our enterprise technology team and contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Maven-based builds, Microservices architecture, Apache Camel integration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes orchestration, and Jenkins automation. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying highly scalable, secure, and resilient distributed systems for mission-critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement enterprise-grade microservices using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Develop secure applications using Spring Security, OAuth2, and role-based access controls.

- Build and manage Maven-based projects and dependency management across multiple services.

- Implement service-to-service communication and integration workflows using Apache Camel and messaging systems.

- Contribute to CI/CD automation using Jenkins and modern DevOps practices to enable rapid, reliable releases.

- Deploy, monitor, and maintain containerized applications on Kubernetes clusters.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions.

- Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and compliance requirements.

- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, documenting designs and mentoring junior engineers when required.

Required Qualifications :

- Proven experience working on large enterprise implementation projects.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
