Senior Backend Developer - Python Programming

Description :

Role : Senior Backend Developer (Python)

Experience : 8+ years in backend development for web apps using Python

Key Skills & Requirements :

- Secure coding practices - input validation, encryption, preventing vulnerabilities

- Strong understanding of OAuth2 (authentication & authorization)

- Solid testing habits pytest preferred

- 4+ years with Django REST Framework & FastAPI (preferred)

- 5+ years with SQLAlchemy + Alembic, database optimization (Postgres preferred)

- 2+ years working with Azure Cloud (App Service, Functions, AKS, Container Apps, Blob Storage, Key Vault)

- 5+ years using Git (GitHub or Azure DevOps)

- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Knowledge of Docker, docker-compose, Kubernetes is a plus

- Experience with Celery / CeleryBeat / RedBeat or other schedulers

- Agile development experience

- Good understanding of systems integrations

- Comfortable with Visual Studio & VS Code

- Self-starter, can work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent communication (written & verbal)

- Strong multitasking & time management skills

- Team player in multicultural, gender-sensitive environments
