We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Backend Python Developer with expertise in building scalable web applications and API microservices. The ideal candidate should bring strong hands-on experience in Python, modern frameworks, databases, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain backend web applications and microservices.

- Work with large and complex codebases following engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams (UI/UX, frontend, project management).

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

- Implement caching strategies, query optimizations, and workflow configurations.

- Ensure SEO best practices and application performance standards.

- Use Git and version control systems for code collaboration and management.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with industry standards.

- Work in Agile development environments with a continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience in Python (3 x).

- Expertise with FastAPI or Flask frameworks.

- Strong experience with RDBMS (Postgres, Oracle, or similar) and ORM frameworks.

- Proven experience in developing API microservices.

- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Experience working in Agile teams.

- Cloud experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
