Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI.

- Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

- Design and optimize database structures, queries, and data models.

- Integrate backend services with internal systems, third-party APIs, and external platforms.

- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications using AWS cloud services.

- Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment processes.

- Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production incidents.

- Implement proper authentication, authorization, data security, and API security.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- PostgreSQL RLS, OPA, ABAC

- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

- OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing

- KMS, encryption, secrets management

- Multi-tenant SaaS architecture experience

- Prior experience in a senior/lead engineer role within a regulated fintech or identity/security product company
