Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with deep expertise in Python and hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered systems.

This role is ideal for someone who can architect and develop scalable backends that support LLM-based and conversational AI applications in production environments.

Core Requirements :

- Advanced Python proficiency, with familiarity across its AI/data science ecosystem.

- Strong understanding of API design, system architecture, and building high-performance, low-latency backend systems.

- Experience integrating and supporting LLM workflows, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and

model fine-tuning.

- Practical experience integrating with STT/TTS APIs (e.g., OpenAI TTS, Azure Speech, ElevenLabs).

- Familiarity with conversational AI components like NLU and dialogue management.

Preferred Skills :

- Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (especially AWS), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector, Milvus).
