Senior Backend Developer - Node.js/Java/Kotlin

Senior Backend Developer :

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with a strong foundation in building scalable, high-performance backend services. This role requires deep hands-on experience in Node.js, Java, and Kotlin, and an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Youll be instrumental in designing and implementing robust microservices, APIs, and data pipelines that power our platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven systems

- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

- Optimize performance and scalability of backend services

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices adoption

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Java, and Kotlin

- Proven experience building and deploying microservices at scale

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration

- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment (AWS, GCP, etc.)

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
