The successful candidate will work closely with client delivery teams and client stakeholders to design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Skills :

- Hands-on software development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL-based databases.

- Strong experience building high-performance REST APIs.

- Experience with messaging, queues, and WebSocket-based communication.

- Must have experience in Capital market.

- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs.

- Strong knowledge of server-side architecture, performance, security, and maintainability.

- Experience working with relational databases.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

- Experience working across on-premises and cloud environments.

- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills, including root-cause analysis.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies.

- Proven ability to mentor and guide developers.

- Experience in code reviews and technical design discussions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience leading backend development across multiple projects.

- Exposure to backend architecture evolution and evaluation of new technologies.
