Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in server-side technologies, system architecture, databases, and API development, and can mentor junior developers while collaborating closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services

- Build and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs

- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability

- Design and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL)

- Lead backend architecture decisions and code reviews

- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams

- Implement security, data protection, and best coding practices

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term fixes

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of backend development experience

Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages :

1. Java / Spring Boot

2. Node.js

3. Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)

4. Go / .NET (as applicable)

- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

- Strong knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Familiarity with Docker and containerization

- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization

- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
