Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise across Java, Python, cloud-native development, and modern backend architectures. You will work on scalable services, real-time systems, Kubernetes-based deployments, and event-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop robust APIs and web services using Python and Flask.

- Implement event-driven architectures using NATS messaging server.

- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications in Kubernetes environments.

- Build microservices following best practices, patterns, and performance principles.

- Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.

- Troubleshoot and enhance application performance in containerized environments.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and adopt DevOps best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

- 4+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Java, with experience in Spring Boot framework.

- Practical experience developing applications with Python and Flask.

- Working knowledge of NATS messaging (pub/sub, request/reply, queue groups).

- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerization practices.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.
