Senior Backend Developer - Java/Spring Boot

We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who cares deeply about building scalable, maintainable systems and writing clean, reliable code. You'll play a key role in shaping our architecture, mentoring younger developers, and working across the stack to ship high-impact features.

If you're a hands-on engineer based out of Bangalore (WFO), who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving real-world problems at scale, we want to hear from you.

Must-Haves :

- 4-8 years of backend or full-stack development experience.

- Solid experience with Java & Spring Boot for building backend microservices.

- Excellent understanding of databases (RDBMS, schema design, performance tuning).

- Experience with Redis, Kafka, or similar distributed system technologies.

- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated testing.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a mentoring mindset.

Bonus Points :

- Startup experience or having been part of high-growth product teams.

- Exposure to Kubernetes or container-based service orchestration.

- Exposure to observability tools and performance monitoring.

- Interest in building intelligent features using AI/ML services or APIs.
