About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in Java, Python, and Kubernetes to join our engineering team. The role demands hands-on experience in building scalable applications, working with event-driven architectures, and deploying services in cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot).

- Build and optimize REST APIs and services using Python (Flask).

- Implement event-driven architecture with NATS messaging server.

- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications in Kubernetes environments.

- Work on microservices architecture and containerized application performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, ensure clean coding practices, and contribute to architecture decisions.

- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Criteria :

- 4+ years of software development experience

- Strong knowledge of Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask)

- Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with NATS for messaging and streaming

- Skilled in microservices, RESTful APIs, and performance optimization

- Strong problem-solving ability and team collaboration skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Technical Skills :

- Java frameworks : Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security

- Python frameworks : Flask, SQLAlchemy, REST APIs

- Messaging systems : NATS (pub/sub, request/reply, queue groups)

- Kubernetes : deployments, services, ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets

- Web technologies : HTTP, REST, WebSocket, gRPC

- Version control : Git
