JD FYR :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer with a strong background in Kotlin or Java to join our dynamic and growing team. As a senior member, you'll be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems that power mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Kotlin or Java

- Build and optimize APIs both RESTful and GraphQL to serve internal and external clients

- Architect and implement systems using Spring Boot or Micronaut

- Leverage AWS services for cloud-native application development using CDK, SAM, or CloudFormation

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and Frontend Engineers

- Follow Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver features incrementally and iteratively

- Ensure code quality and reliability through automated testing, code reviews, and best engineering practices

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps

Required Qualifications :

- 9+ years of professional backend development experience

- Strong proficiency in Kotlin or Java

- Deep knowledge of Spring Boot and/or Micronaut

- Proven experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL

- Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially infrastructure-as-code tools like CDK, SAM, or CloudFormation

- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture

- Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD and DevOps culture
