Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Java Microservices Engineer with strong experience in Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, and cloud-native development. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance microservices and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable microservices using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring WebFlux

Build reactive and non-blocking applications for high-performance systems

Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to deliver high-quality releases

Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and product demos

Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with security standards

Develop and manage REST APIs and event-driven systems

Continuously improve development processes, code quality, and performance

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Must Have Skills

Strong experience in Java 17+ and modern Java features

Hands-on expertise in:

Spring Boot

Spring WebFlux (Reactive Programming)

Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture

Experience with Docker & Kubernetes (AKS preferred)

Strong knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure)

Experience with:

NoSQL: MongoDB / Cassandra / Couchbase

SQL: PostgreSQL

Understanding of Design Patterns & SOLID principles

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD

API Tools: Postman

Code Quality: SonarQube

Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Experience with logging & monitoring tools:
