Role : Senior Azure Databricks Engineer

Exp : 8 to 12 yrs

Location : Pune/Indore

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Must-have skills : Azure Databricks heavy

You will play a key role in strategizing, designing, and developing automated cloud infrastructure on the Azure platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines using Azure Databricks.

- Develop complex interfaces and integrate data from various sources (on-prem & cloud).

- Configure Databricks Clusters, Unity Catalog, and ensure seamless integration with components like Power BI and on-prem databases.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and support weekend maintenance activities.

- Migrate legacy application logic into modern Azure data platforms (Data Lake, SQL DB/DW).

- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Competencies :

- Heavy, hands-on experience with Azure Databricks is non-negotiable.

- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, T-SQL, and SQL Stored Procedures.

- Extensive experience with Azure services : ADF, Data Lake, Azure Functions, DevOps (CI/CD).

- Experience with Git and software configuration management.

- Ability to recreate legacy application logic in a modern Azure cloud environment.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years focused on Azure development.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
