Senior Azure Cloud Engineer - Cloud Administration

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 79 years of proven experience in Azure cloud administration with large-scale, production-grade environments.

- Deep expertise in Azure services : VMs, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Front Door, Backup Center, Log Analytics, Azure Monitor.

- Strong proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation and IaC.

- Solid background in Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts) or other CI/CD platforms.

- Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, routing, load balancing) and Azure Virtual Network design.

- Strong experience and understanding in deploying the hub-spoke topology in the Azure environments and Azure landing zones.

- Familiarity with scripting using PowerShell or Python.

- Hands-on experience with monitoring, diagnostics, and alerting frameworks in Azure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure for large-scale, production-grade environments.

- Deploy and manage Azure resources including Virtual Machines, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, Front Door, Backup Center, and Log Analytics.

- Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate environment provisioning and configuration.

- Design and deploy Azure landing zones and hub-spoke network topologies aligned with enterprise best practices.

- Configure and manage Azure DevOps pipelines (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts) for CI/CD and automated deployments.

- Monitor and optimize cloud resources using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerting frameworks.

- Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and networking issues in complex multi-tier environments.

- Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.

- Ensure cloud infrastructure adheres to security, compliance, and governance standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, security, and DevOps to deliver robust cloud solutions.
