Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.

Required Experience

- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on automation testing.

- Proven track record of leading automation initiatives and mentoring junior QA engineers.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and debug test automation failures efficiently.

- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Technical Qualifications :

- Proficient in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or Cypress.

- Skilled in one or more scripting languages : Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

- Familiarity with game testing frameworks and tools like TestRail, Jenkins, or the Unity Test Framework

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or CircleCI.

- Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases for test data management and validation.

- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies such as Docker.

- Experience in testing microservices architectures is highly desirable.
